I'm Eligible for NDIS - How Can I Access Your Services?
We’re here to assist you if you need help with the application process. Otherwise, you can contact NDIS directly at 1800 800 110 to appeal for an Access Request Form. This form will require your doctors’ and medical records to support your application. The sooner you submit it to NDIS, the sooner you can start participating in our programs.
How Will I Know If My NDIS Application Has Been Processed?
